GHA will take on Ayr, the Premier One champions, as the opening gambit this season. It is GHA’s first match in Glasgow Hawks’ evening tournament at Old Anniesland on Friday 8 August.


GHA and Ayr are joined in pool 2 by GHK. Pool 1 is made up with Hawks, Glasgow Academicals, and West of Scotland.


The tournament opens at 6.30 with Hawks v Accies and Ayr v GHK. The GHA v Ayr match will be at 7pm. A game against GHK follows for GHA half an hour later. Play-off matches will be at 8.00, with the final between the two pool winners at 8.30.


GHA’s pre-season programme continues with a Braidholm match against Hillhead/Jordanhill on Tuesday 11 August. Then follow away games on the two subsequent Saturdays – Currie on the 15th, and Irvine on the 22nd. Kick-off times have yet to be defined for all three matches.


GHA’s Premier Two fixture list starts with an away match against Kelso on 29 August. The first home league match will be against Biggar a week later (5 September). Both games will kick off at 3pm, as will all league matches up to the end of October.
