James Eddie, the former GHA forward now with Glasgow Warriors, scored a try for Scotland in the A international against Ireland at Ravenhill, Belfast, this evening.
But it was not enough. The Irish won by 34-19.
Two other forwards from the Braidholm club, Euan Murray and Jon Welsh, were the starting props in the Scottish team.
