Congratulations to Adam Barnett and Rory Hughes. The two GHA players are
among the 22 named in the Scotland under-18 match-squad for the international
against Japan Schools to be played on their home ground at Braidholm on Sunday.
The starting XV will be announced later this week.

Both players Rory and Adam have already worn the thistle jersey, having played for
Scotland’s under-17 team in the Wellington College international festival a year ago.

Admission to Sunday’s match is free. The kick-off will be at 2.00pm.

Sunday’s match is a preliminary for the FIRA/AER under-18 European championship
qualifying matches over the subsequent fortnight, including a return to Braidholm for
a game against Ireland on Sunday 3 April (kick-off noon). The young Scots’ other
qualifying match will be against England at Leeds on 27 March.
