Election of Board Members

Any Members wishing to stand for the Board of Directors of GHA RFCL must have their duly completed nomination forms in the hands of the Company Secretary no later than 5.00pm on 5 May 2025.

A nomination form is attached for this purpose: Nomination Form

Annual accounts

The Accounts of GHA RFCL, together with relative Finance Statement, shall be distributed among Members at the AGM.

These documents will also be published here, on the GHA RFC website.

Questions for the Board

If any Member wishes any question to be answered by the Board at the AGM, any such question must be submitted to the Company Secretary in writing no later than 5.00pm on Monday, 5 May, 2025.

Resolutions

Any Member wishing to have a resolution considered at the AGM must ensure signature by a proposer and a seconder, both of whom must be Full Voting Members of GHA RFCL, and must be lodged in the hands of the Company Secretary by 5.00pm on Monday, 21 April, 2025.
