I hereby give Notice that the Annual General Meeting of Glasgow Hutchesons’ Aloysians Rugby Football Club Limited will be held in the Clubhouse on Wednesday 13 May 2026, starting at 7pm.

A Nomination Form for the Board for 2026/27, is linked below. Anyone wishing to stand as a Director and join the Board of Directors must have their nomination form duly completed and returned to the Secretary no later than 6 May 2025.

The Accounts along with the Finance Statement will be sent out after completion of the audit. Any other reports will be circulated in advance of the AGM. These documents will also be published here on our website.

In order to ease the process, members are invited to submit their questions to the Secretary, using the email below, 7 days before the meeting and these will be answered at the AGM.

I also take this opportunity to remind members that for anyone wishing to have a resolution considered at the meeting, it must be duly signed and dated, proposed and seconded by full members and in the hands of the Secretary by 29 April 2026, in order that it can be circulated to members by the deadline 14 days before the meeting.
