GHA Rugby Club is proud to host Gals All In – a fun, welcoming, girls-only rugby event for females of all ages.
This 2-hour session is all about connection, confidence and getting involved, whether you’re completely new to rugby, returning after time away, or already part of the GHA community.
We’re inviting girls and women of all ages and abilities – including new players, past and present players, and complete beginners. Members and non-members are all welcome, so feel free to bring along your friends, sisters, mums, daughters or teammates.
Expect a relaxed and high-energy session featuring:
• Fun games and inclusive activities
• Rugby skills for all abilities (no experience needed)
• A chance to meet current players and role models in the women’s game
• A supportive and social environment where everyone belongs
What to wear:
Just come in comfortable sportswear and trainers – no specialist rugby kit is required.
No experience is needed — just enthusiasm and a willingness to give it a go.
