We are bringing the whole GHA community together for a Youth Rugby Awards and Family Day at Braidholm on Sunday 7th June, and it promises to be a brilliant afternoon for players, parents, siblings and supporters of all ages.
Whether your child has just started their rugby journey with our Minis or has been pulling on a GHA jersey for years, this is a day to celebrate everything that makes this club special.
What’s On
Youth Player Awards (U13–U18) & P7 Tie Ceremony
A proper celebration of our young players across all age groups.
Skills Challenge & Speed Course
We’re running a rugby skills obstacle course with a giant digital clock, giving children the chance to chase the fastest time in their age group and perhaps even claim the overall crown. Competitive, fun and open to all.
Second-Hand Kit Sale
Got GHA kit or rugby tops that the kids have grown out of? Bring them along. We’re running a parent-led second-hand kit sale – a great way to pass quality kit on to the next generation and pick up a bargain while you’re at it. Donations can be dropped off at the club in advance.
Bake Sale
Because no community day at Braidholm would be complete without one.
Food & Refreshments
Breakfast rolls, burgers and ice cream will be available throughout the day to keep the whole family fuelled.
