We want to make sure you are prepped and ready for a great day out, please take the time to read the following FAQs:
☀️We are currently expecting sunshine. The pitch is in good shape but we do not recommend heels/new trainers/suede Birks/etc.
🚫🚗PARKING:
-There is NO PARKING AVAILABLE. Only BLUE BADGE holders and vendors.
-Do not bring your car, Nuffield car park is limited to Nuffield members ONLY.Please be mindful of our neighbours.
🚫TAXIS will not be allowed access to the site. Please arrange alternative drop-off/pick-up locations
🚌TRAVEL
GHA Rugby Club is lucky to be surrounded by easily accessed public transport links

🍻We will be using CARD MACHINES for ALL alcohol again this year. Bars will be CASHLESS
🍕All food and fayre will be cash and card.
🐶We’re really sorry but there are NO DOGS allowed other than Assistance Dogs.
🎒Bag and security checks will be in place on the gate. There a zero-tolerance drugs policy at this event.
❌Do not bring the following:
– Alcohol
– Glass bottles
– Pets – Service animals only please
– Fireworks
– Sharp items
❗You WILL need ID.
❗ U16’s must be accompanied by an adult.
🪑Chairs, small gazebos or similar welcome at your own risk and responsibility. Please do not bring any covering over 3x3m.
GBF is a family affair at heart and we are looking out for the safety and well being of everyone who attends to ensure each of you has an amazing day. Security & First Aid personnel will be available across the site, in hi-viz, if you are need of assistance. They can also be contacted via the prosecco/fin bar located at the top of the beer tent.
