GHA RFC is seeking an ambitious and passionate Director of Youth Rugby to lead the largest youth rugby section in Scotland.
With a thriving community of young players and a strong commitment to grassroots rugby this is a unique opportunity to shape the future of the sport at one of Scotland’s Premiership rugby clubs.
GHA RFC is more than just a club – it is a hub for rugby development, engaging with over 20 primary schools and 15 senior schools in a 5-mile radius.
This role will oversee all aspects of our youth programme, driving development of our young players and coaches to excel within the game!
