We are delighted to announce that GHA’s teenage Number 8, Grant MacDonald, has been awarded the RBS Championship League A player of the season.
Paul Tyler, the GHA Director of Youth Rugby, said:
It’s a phenomenal achievement for a player straight out of school to make such an impact at “senior level. It’s testament to his hard work and superb attitude that he has made such rapid progress as a player. He has been outstanding in the Academy, never accepting that he has made it and always striving to improve every aspect of his game.”
Grant will receive his award at the SRU end of season club award’s ceremony taking place at Murrayfield on Friday 31st May.
