Dear Members, Ahead of the Special General Meeting scheduled for 18th March the Board, Governance Review Transition Working Group and Charity Trustees would like to invite members to attend short consultation sessions at the clubhouse. These sessions will include: – A brief summary presentation outlining the proposed governance changes; and – An opportunity to ask questions and become more familiar with the proposals in advance of the SGM vote. Sessions will take place at the Clubhouse on: – 4th March at 6.00pm (during Midis training) – 10th March at 6.00pm (during Minis training) There is no need to register — members are welcome to attend either session.
