We’re excited to share that from June, we’ll be moving to a brand-new membership system to coincide with the start of the upcoming season.

Why are we making this change?

The system we’ve been using until now has made managing memberships increasingly difficult, both for you as members and for us behind the scenes. It lacked many essential features like flexible payment management, efficient communication tools, and the ability to view and filter members across different age groups. Everyday tasks like updating details or processing payments often became time-consuming and frustrating.

To fix this, we’ve partnered with VeryConnect to develop a bespoke new platform, designed specifically to meet the needs of our club and its members, now and into the future.

What’s new?

The new system will make membership easier, more flexible, and more efficient for everyone.

  • Members can sign up online and update their own details
  • Payment options are clearer and easier to manage
  • Automatic reminders are sent before renewals
  • Emails and club communications are streamlined
  • Admins can filter members by group and generate reports with ease

 What you need to do

  • The old system will stop taking payments in May. Final direct debits will be processed this month.
  • Auto-renewals will not carry over. All members, whether paying monthly or annually, must register again on the new system.
  • We’ll send out a link shortly so you can rejoin and choose your membership option for the 2025/26 season.
