GHA is deeply saddened to announce the passing of Stewart Martin, who passed away peacefully this morning, Thursday 7th May 2026.
Stewart is a Past President and player of Clarkston RFC and was very involved with the club during this period. He regularly attended home matches until his health problems became apparent but enjoyed hearing about the club’s success, especially when they won the league and cup last season. He is survived by his wife Lorna and daughters Fiona and Patricia.

The funeral service will be held at Williamwood Parish Church, 2 Vardar Avenue, Clarkston, G76 7QP, on Monday 18th May at 1:30pm,
