GHA Rugby Club is seeking volunteer support to help drive forward it’s rugby delivery and performance in the senior teams and for players transitioning from the youth game.

Rugby Team Manager (Volunteer)

The Rugby Team Manager (volunteer) to support the senior men’s squads. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the team, both on and off the pitch, contributing to the club’s success and fostering a positive environment for players, coaches, and supporters.

Player Welfare Associate (Volunteer)

We are seeking a caring, organised and people-focused Player Welfare Associate to support the wellbeing, integration and overall experience of players within the senior rugby environment. This role will play an important part in helping players feel supported on and off the field, while also helping strengthen the pathway between youth rugby and the senior game. A key area of focus will be supporting players transitioning from Under 18s into senior rugby, helping them settle into the club environment and build confidence within adult rugby.
