As Glasgow’s largest, fully amateur rugby club, we are a club for all ages and abilities and are home to one of the largest rugby and associated memberships in Scotland. We field 3 competitive senior squads playing at some of the highest levels in Scottish grassroots rugby: Scottish Premiership, Intercity Reserve League and West Regional Development League , along with our Gazelles/Auld Barbarians veterans’ team. Our 600+ strong Minis, Midis and Junior Girls sections are an incredibly successful and thriving attribute of the club that caters for boys and girls ages 5-18. In recent years the club has celebrated National Championships across our youth and senior levels. This year GHA 1XV will enter the Scottish Premiership, having won the National League 1 and Scottish Cup undefeated in the greatest run of form in the club’s history.

On the playing side, GHA have a proud history of producing international and professional players, and the last 3 seasons has seen many of our junior and senior players moving forward into the Scottish Rugby Performance Pathways.

Off the pitch, GHA are a community-focused club, involved in local and national charitable causes through our food bank initiative and annual Ladies’ Day. We are the proud organisers and hosts of the Giffnock Beer Festival and GHA Fireworks Display, two major events held on the grounds of Braidholm, that present prime marketing opportunities to our Sponsors and Advertisers.
