The Glasgow derby saw Hillhead / Jordanhill collected an away win at Braidholm, beating GHA by the narrowest of margins but 18-17 was sweet all the same for the Hughenden men.
Martin Dunn, Andy Rushforth and Alan Bulloch had the tries for GHA with Nicky Barrett landing a conversion. However, Scott Weston converted Willie Brown’s try, Keith Powell scored a second try and Weston’s two penalties saw the points head back to the west end of Glasgow.
