GHA’s revival continued as they ground out an 8-5 win; denting Currie’s quest to win the race for second spot in Premiership One.
Flowing rugby was almost impossible in the foul conditions, however the sides served up a thriller. The hosts led by a Jim Noonan penalty at the break, with the real drama coming in the last 10 minutes.
Dan Sutherland burst through for a GHA try from close quarters, with Andy McMahon also crossing for a touchdown to salvage a consolation bonus point for the Malleny men.
