GHA will be looking to open their home league programme with a win when they take on Biggar at Braidholm on Saturday following their bonus-point defeat at Kelso last week. The kick-off in the Scottish Hydro Premier Two match will be at 3pm.
Two GHA newcomers, Ben Wright and Tim Peyton, will make their championship debuts for the club in the Scottish Hydro Premier Two clash. Ben follows in the footsteps of his brother, Jono, who joined GHA from Greenock Wanderers two seasons ago before moving on. The wing impressed in GHA’s pre-championship warm-up programme, as did Tim, a flanker-cum-hooker who was formerly with Glasgow Caledonian University.
