I hereby give Notice that the Annual General Meeting of Glasgow Hutchesons’ Aloysians Ltd. will be held in the Clubhouse on Wednesday 25th May 2022, at 19.30.
A Nomination Form for 2022/23 can be found in the links below, along with the Minutes from May 2021 and the agenda for this year’s meeting. The Presidents Statement and Director of Rugby’s Statement are to follow. The Accounts and Finance Statement will be sent out after completion and will also be published on the club’s website and available in the clubhouse prior to the AGM.
In order to ease the process, members are invited to submit their questions to the Secretary, email below, 7 days before the meeting and these will be answered at the AGM.
I would like to take this opportunity to remind members that anyone wishing to have a resolution considered at the meeting must be duly signed and dated, proposed and seconded by full members and in the hands of the Secretary by 16th May 2022, in order that it can be circulated to members by the deadline 7 days before the meeting.
Anyone wishing to stand for the committee must have their nomination form duly completed and in the hands of the Secretary no later than 16th May 2022. A Nomination form can be found below for this purpose.
