GHA will be looking to make it five wins from five as they face Marr at Braidholm.
The Southsiders have had a fantastic start to the season and have already matched the number of wins they managed in the league last season.
Meanwhile newly promoted Marr will be looking for their second league win in a row having beaten Aberdeen Grammar Rugby last weekend.
GHA Head Coach Craig Sorbie has been pleased with the way the team have responded to the victories.
He said: The way the boys have responded to the wins have been good. They have not stopped working hard.
They come every Tuesday and Thursday and continue to do the hard yards that is all we can ask and hopefully we can continue that momentum for the rest of the season.
GHA managed to pick up a winning bonus point in their 28-13 success against Peebles their third bonus point win of the season.
They are joint top of the BT National League Division 1 table alongside Selkirk.
Head Coach Craig Sorbie was happy with the bonus point victory.
He said: Peebles are a very stuffy team. They tried to kill the ball at times and made it hard work for us.
But the boys stuck at it, managed to keep the ball and keep their structure. We scored a couple of very good tries so on the whole it was a bonus point win and we are very happy to get that.
The more bonus point wins and bonus points we pick up the better.
It is bonus points that usually count especially these early parts of the season. The more bonus points we pick up will hopefully put us in better stead for the end of the competition.
GHA will take on one of new teams in the second tier of Scottish Rugby in the form of Marr RFC on Saturday.
Head Coach Craig Sorbie believes it will be a tough test against one of the upcoming teams in Scottish Rugby.
He said: Marr are new to the league and they have recruited well in the off-season.
They are a club who are definitely on the up and have come up the leagues the last few years so it is going to be a tough test and we are not going to underestimate them in any way.”
