GHA’s final home match of the Scottish Hydro Premier Two programme will be tomorrow; Saturday 3 April. The opponents will be Aberdeen Grammar (kick-off 3pm).
But the GHA league season will drag on for two more weeks after that. The last match has been postponed again, GHA visiting Bridgehaugh to play Stirling County on Saturday 24 April. That game was originally put back from 9 January to 10 April because of the severe weather, but Stirling have since been allowed dispensation for a further postponement due to them participating in the Melrose Sevens.
After that the next event in the diary is the Braidholm Sevens on Saturday 8 May.
That will be a busy weekend at Braidholm as GHA’s annual Mini-rugby tournament is to be held on Sunday 9 May, with more than 500 players taking part.
